Live video broadcasted through the Internet is Sportscene's latest development. The features are powerful and do suit the time we are living in better compared to the more conventional media like TV broadcasting. WORKFLOW
A simplified workflow is depicted in the above. Broadcasts are recorded at the same time and can be watched again later on demand. We use a mobile (Nokia N95 or Apple iPhone 3G) or video camera connected to a laptop and wireless Internet. This service is completely web enabled and doesn't require any software. The 'Viewer' can be embedded in any website and used across the world.
Currently we are thoroughly testing this service and will not sign off till we are satisfied that it is bug free and stable as possible. The new features like real-time polls and audience that can ask the athlete questions, are certainly exciting but we hope you appreciate our conservative approach to making this available for our clients.
