RAPID DESCENT RACING (RDR) is a high-performance whitewater kayaking team based in Hobart, Tasmania. They travel extensively to compete at the highest levels in the disciplines of wildwater, extreme, marathon kayaking, and multisport events. They have won Australian Championships as individuals, and together are the reigning Australian Champion Team. Currently they are focused on the 2009 Wildwater World Cup, to be held in Tasmania.
